Meet Our Team
Jeff has nearly forty years of experience in the electrical power industry in various levels of sales and management positions. He joined Sikkema Electrical Sales in 1993 as an owner and works with large industrials, EPC’s, renewable energy developers, A&E firms, electrical distributors and electrical contractors. Prior to Sikkema Electrical Sales, Jeff worked for GE for seven years as both a District Sales manager and a sales engineer for Washington DC and Baltimore markets. Prior to GE, he worked seven years as a sales engineer and customer service for Reliance Electric/Federal Pacific in Newark, NJ and San Francisco, CA. Jeff got his BS degree in Economics from Rutgers University. Jeff is proud of his three grown daughters and one grown son who works with him. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his grandson, family events, pickleball, biking, and the beach.
Jake has worked for Sikkema Electric Sales since 2017. During his tenure, he has helped provide custom solutions to various customers at renewable energy sites, industrial plants, power plants and commercial sites. Jake works in the C&I market, calling on distributors, contractors, end users, engineers and EPC’s. Prior to joining Sikkema, Jake worked as a Solar Sales Consultant for Sunrun in California where he rose to the top of the sales ranks amongst his peers. Jake graduated with a degree in Earth Sciences from California Polytechnic State University. Jake is excited to be a part of modernizing the grid and cleaning up our energy. Jake is married to his wonderful wife Jazmin and they have two dogs. He enjoys spending time with family, going on dates with his wife, playing basketball and being outdoors.
Alex has worked for Sikkema Electrical Sales since 2017. As a Master’s Graduate in linguistics from University of Maryland, Baltimore County, his experience and skill set translate uniquely for both customers and manufacturers. Since changing his career focus to the power grid, Alex has led and participated in many renewable and commercial/industrial applications around the greater Philadelphia region, ensuring quality in power generation and protections which keep the world spinning. Alex’s core focus is entrenched in renewable energy, striving to provide solutions that make power cleaner, more accessible, and more capable in any given scenario. Alex works with distribution, electrical engineering firms, EPCs, industrial and power generation plants, and most especially, renewable energy designers and suppliers.
Kody joined the Sikkema Electrical Sales team in June 2022, though has known the Sikkema family since growing up with Jake in grade school. He comes with years of experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager within the tech industry, managing software implementations for several courts around the nation. Kody always strives to provide his customers with the best solutions and experience possible and is excited to continue this trend in the electrical industry. Kody will be focused on building new relationships with distributors, contractors, end users, and EPC’s within the C&I market. Kody graduated from La Salle University with majors in Marketing and Business Systems/Statistics. Kody is married to his wife, Margot, where they share a house in Collingswood together with their two dogs Leo and Luna. You may be able to catch him on one of the local pickleball courts over the weekend!
